    We believe firmly that you are what you eat; so we raise healthy cows that yield healthy beef! We finish our beeves on grass, no grain, for maximum health benefits to them and US! No hormones or antibiotics in our beef, ever!

    We treat our animals with respect, and gratitude for their contribution. We slaughter on-farm so that our animals never have to experience the stress of transport and slaughterhouses. This preserves the quality of the beef, as well: no stress = best flavor!

    We have selecivly bred our cows for over a decade to produce maximum efficiency cows that thrive in our area.
